SB 14 HFA Reynolds #2 3-12 [Amendment to SB14 HFIN Am 3-10 #1]

            Delegate Reynolds moves to amend the amendment on page 56, section 13, line 7 following the period by inserting a new subdivision (5) to read as follows:

            “(5) A public charter school is exempt from subsection (e) and (f), section one, article five, chapter eighteen-a of the code and any associated county policy, the public charter school may adopt a disciplinary policy that would permit corporal punishment with parental or guardian consent.
